Andrew Bridge’s numerous West End credits include the musicals Time, Five Guys Named Moe, Oliver!, An Evening With Tommy Steele, Torvill and Dean, Bing Crosby and Friends, Billy Bishop Goes To War, Tom Foolery, Little Me, The Canterbury Tales, Carte Blanche, Blondel, and The Boyfriend.
Andrew also worked on the West End and Broadway productions of Aspects of Love and The Phantom of the Opera, with his work on The Phantom of the Opera earning him a Tony Award, a Drama Desk Award and an Outer Circle Critics Award.
New works include Buffalo Bill’s Wild West for the newly opened Euro Disney theme park in France, as well as Lighting Design on the new production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the London Palladium. Andrew’s recent designs can also be seen at the Siegfried and Roy Spectacular at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas.
For ten years, Andrew was Lighting Designer for Shirley Bassey in Concert, and in London his talents have been frequently used by the design company Imagination, for whom he has worked as Lighting Consultant since his appointment in 1979. His work for Imagination includes international presentations, industrial theatre, and architectural and other special projects.
He also designed the award-winning floodlighting on display at the headquarters of Lloyds of London.
