Diana Morrison was born in Swansea in 1969, but has lived most of her life in London.

While at the Arts Educational School she danced with the Festival Ballet in The Nutcracker and was a member of the National Youth Theatre and the National Youth Choir.

Diana created the role of Jenny, beginning with the demonstration recording, and then at the concert premiere performance of Aspects of Love at the Sydmonton Festival in 1988. Later that year she played the lead role of Anne in the BBC TV serial The Watch House.

Diana has played the part of the older Jenny on stage since the show opened and sings both the younger and the older Jenny on the original cast recordings of Aspects of Lov
