Why do you not allow filmed clips of live productions?

The use of cameras, tape recorders, or any similar device in any theatre auditorium is strictly forbidden. This includes the use of mobile phones, voice recorders, and any other recording device.

Any professionally recorded footage you may see on our official websites and channels has been filmed by prior arrangement with The Really Useful Group and the relevant arrangements have been put in place with regard to copyright legislation and the appropriate agreements with the musicians, actors, and other production staff involved. Unauthorised filming during a live performance is very distracting to the actors and fellow audience members in addition to being in breach of copyright.

If film clips created using any of the above forbidden devices are brought to our attention, these will be removed as soon as possible.
