Terry Wood says:
Can you tell me why the CD sound quality is so poor? It plays very quiet. The sound sounds muffled, the clapping should be edited to a shorter time and you cut the highlight of the show (Sarah & the 4/5 phantoms). I was really disappointed, I have been looking forward to getting an updated sound track, featuring the top cast that were there on the night, I was at the last show at the RAH & it sounded great on the night. You should listen to the Les Mis 2010 cast recording to see how a live show should sound.
