The Phantom returns to Copenhagen
The cream of Copenhagen society was out in force on Friday 16th January to celebrate the reopening of the show in the Danish capital.

The Phantom of the Opera has previously played a hugely successful run in 2003 and due to popular demand has been brought back for a repeat season.

The show is staged in the intimate (only 1,000 seats) and atmospheric Det Ny theatre, built in 1908, which is itself a mini replica of the Paris Opera House.

The production, using Maria Bjornsen’s stunning design, sits wonderfully in this venue and the production has received rave reviews from critics.

The Phantom of the Opera at Det Ny theatre is taking bookings until May 2009.
