Hugo LeMeunier

Michael was born in Ireland and trained at the Montfort Stage School and L.A.M.D.A. Irish theatre credits include The Desert Song (Captain Fontaine), Lilac Time (Schwind), Grease (Knickie), Rigoletto (Ensemble) and My Fair Lady (Ensemble). His many concerts include The Golden Apple at The Theatre Museum Covent Garden, a series for the R.T.E Symphony Orchestra at the National Concert Hall Dublin and An Evening With Gershwin/Andrew Lloyd Webber at the Patti Pavilion, Swansea. He also sang on the Cork 800 celebratory recording. His television credits include Crime Monthly for Cariton as well as various commercials and training films. Michael has played the Prince in numerous pantomimes, most recently at the Bristol Hippodrome in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and prior to that at the Theatre Royal, Nottingham and the Oxford Apollo. Michael worked in America as a guest entertainer for Princess Cruises performing in their onboard productions of Evita as Che and The Phantom in Phantom of the Opera. He made his West End debut at the London Palladium in Fiddler on the Roof understudying and performing the role of Perchik and went on to appear in Guys And Dolls at the Gaiety Theatre, Dublin, and at the Haymarket, Leicester. He then took part in Camelot at the Covent Garden Festival and last Christmas he played Prince Charming in Cinderella in Cork.
