Paul Monaghan
Marcel Richard
Paul Monaghan trained at the College of Music, Dublin, the Brendan Smith Academy, and the Guildhall School Of Music and Drama, London. Originally from Dublin he regularly returns home to guest with the RTE Concert Orchestra. Most recently he appeared in The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber at the NCH. In the West End he played the Bishop and Jouvert in Les Miserables. He was an original cast member of the Manchester production of The Phantom of The Opera, he also played Andre and the Phantom in the Edinburgh production of The Phantom of The Opera. Other regional work has included Side By Side By Sondheim, Marry Me a Little, Zorba, The Hired Man, Oliver and Jesus Christ Superstar. For RTE he appeared on The Late Late Show, Kenny Live, Live At Three and Make Mine Music. He played the role of the Bishop in the 10th anniversary production of Les Miserables from the Royal Albert Hall which was recorded for TV and released as a CD. Other Theatre work has included roles in Juno and The Paycock, Death of a Salesman, The Crucible and The Iceman Cometh. This one is for you Al, I love you!
