Television: Producer/director/host for the weekly show Sophiya's Choice; presenter for Channel V, hosted Channel V Music Award shows in 1997 and '98; presenter for MTV Asia on daily shows and live 'Specials' (Star Television).

Film: Lead role of Tara in Snip! a black comedy set in Bombay directed by Sunhil Sippy; Har Dil Jo Pyaar Karega songs directed by Farah Khan; Khoobsurat directed by Sanjay Chel; Alaipayuthey directed by Mani Ratnam; Sandhya directed by Sangeet Sivan; Han Maine Bhi Pyar Kiya directed by Dharmesh Darshan; Indian directed by Maharajan; Santosham directed by Prabhu Deva.

Recording: Fronted the three-piece band Akasa and released an album and three singles including One Night In My Life with a video directed by Jack Cardiff (Warner Records).
