Thomas Paton

SWING

Training: Thomas began his training at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama before moving to the Doreen Bird College.

Theatre Thomas has enjoyed several successful seasons with the Royal Ballet and has performed in many varied ballets including The Burrow, The Nutcracker, Romeo & Juliet, Concerto, The Dream, Sylvia, La Fille Mal Gardee, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Flowers of the Forest, The Snow Queen, Hobsons Choice, Brahms Handel Variations & Galanteries, Five Tangos, Dark Horizons, Elite Syncopations and Fall River Legend. Thomas has also enjoyed a successful West End musical theatre career, appearing in several shows including Beauty and the Beast, where he understudied and played Lefou, Scrooge, Grease, where he understudied and played Johnny Casino and Teen Angel, Mr. Mistoffelees in Cats. On tour Thomas played Anxious in West Side Story

Television Take the High Road, Talking Telephone Numbers, Men's Room, The Making of Beauty and the Beast, The Generation Game and The Prince's Gala Trust.

Other Thomas has sung on the recording of Beauty and the Beast and Something Special. In addition to his performing credits he has also choreographed or directed several shows including Beauty and the Beast (Aberdeen), Something Special, (Brighton) and several West End Cares Cabarets for the Talk of London.
