Daniel Bowling

 

Musical Director

 

Training: Daniel Bowling graduated from the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia and continued his studies at the Juilliard School and the St Louis Conservatory of Music. Conducting teachers include Leonard Bernstein, Michael Tilson Thomas, Sergio Celibidache, Charles Bruck and Max Rudolph.

 

Theatre includes: music supervisor and musical director for Cameron Mackintosh Ltd for more than ten years. During that time he has contributed to many of the CML stable of London and touring productions including The Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, Miss Saigon, Cats, Mary Poppins and Avenue Q. Along with continuing as music supervisor for the London production of The Phantom of the Opera, Daniel has had a long association with Cats worldwide and has launched productions of that show as music supervisor for many different producers including the Really Useful Group, Stage Holding, Clear Channel, Live Nation and David Ian Productions. He currently supervises the Dutch and UK Cats touring productions.
