Career highlights: originated the role of Alex in Aspects of Love both in the West End and on Broadway; Marius in Les Miserables (original cast) at the Palace Theatre in London; Raoul in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera at Her Majesty’s Theatre in London; Giorgio in Stephen Sondheim’s Passion at the Queen’s Theatre, London; Joe in Sunset Boulevard opposite Petula Clark in BBC Radio 2’s live concert production recorded at Cork Opera House; Caractacus Potts in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (original cast); Count Fosco in The Woman in White in London.
Recordings include: 11 Solo albums all achieving gold or platinum status; completed nine national and international concert tours; recipient of the Variety Club of Great Britain Most Promising Newcomer 1989, Recording artist of the year 1998,Theatergoers Club of Great Britain’s award for Most Popular Musical Actor over the last 21 years.
