Please read the following before submitting your entry.
It is a condition of entry to this competition that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Receipt of an entry to this competition amounts to acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions please do not enter this competition.
“The Promoter” as referred to in these terms and conditions is: The Really Useful Group Ltd, 22 Tower Street, London, WC2H 9TW.
Prizes are as described in the competition details. There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-refundable and not transferable.
No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
This competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Really Useful Group or any of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s companies, their associated companies, their families, agents and anyone involved in the administration of the competition and any associated promotion.
To take part in this competition entrants can either complete the entry form on reallyuseful.com or send their answer by post. To enter online, entrants should answer the questions provided and fill in their details as indicated. All entrants who correctly answer the questions before the closing date will be automatically entered into the free prize draw.
Only one entry may be made by any person or via any email address.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your email.
To enter this competition by post please send your answer, name and address to 'The Really Useful Group Web Site Competition' c/o The Really Useful Group, 22 Tower Street, London, WC2H 9TW to arrive before the competition closing date. Only one entry per stamped envelope. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are delayed in the post. Late, damaged, defaced or illegible entries will be disqualified.
On the closing date of the competition an independent person will draw the prize winner/s at random from all the eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone (if appropriate) within 24 hours.
There is no cash alternative to the prize (or any part of it).
If the prize consists of tickets all people attending the relevant event must be 16 years or over. Tickets are subject to availability.The Promoter reserves the right to substitute (as applicable) the prize (or any part of it) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value.
Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by its negligence or fraud or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by law, so far as is permitted by law the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from this competition, including (but not limited to) any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details for reasons beyond the Promoter's control and for any act or default of any travel company, airline, hotel or any other third party supplier. Nothing in this paragraph affects the statutory rights of entrants to this competition under applicable laws.
The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to the prize where applicable.
The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into about the Promoter’s decision.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify from the competition any entry it reasonably believes does not comply with these terms and conditions.
Details of the prize winners' names and counties will be available for one month after the draw by writing to 'The Really Useful Group Web Site competition winners' at The Really Useful Group, 22 Tower Street, London, WC2H 9TW.
The name of the winner(s) may be used by the Promoter, and its associated companies, for post-event publicity purposes.
The Promoter reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of entrants to the competition. By entering the competition you agree to participate in publicity as reasonably requested surrounding this competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid by any rule, law, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdictionsuch invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
